Cycle2Work is a great employee benefit which offers the most cost-effective way to get new cycling equipment. The scheme is run via a salary sacrifice meaning you won’t pay Tax, PRSI or USC, this saves you between 31% and 51% on your new bike and accessories. This reduced cost is simply deducted out of your gross payslip over 12 months so no need to worry about large one-off costs!
To make a Cycle2Work application, all you need is your employer code*. You may have seen this promoted by email or on posters or leaflets around your workplace! Please contact your HR Department if you do not know your employer code.
First you'll enter your details and agree to the terms of your Salary Sacrifice agreement. Your application will be sent off to your employer, and once approved, you’ll receive your Letter of Collection by email. Now you are ready to pick up your new bike and accessories!
